Russian Ekaterina Avalishvili, who moved to Georgia, spoke about the lack of aggression among local residents. The woman spoke about her experience of life abroad on Tuesday, October 26.

“Nobody raises his voice, is not rude, does not make each other nervous,” she said in an interview with the Lenta.Ru portal.

The Muscovite moved to Georgia by accident. She and her family went on vacation last March and were unable to return home at the height of the pandemic. According to Ekaterina, for a year and a half of her life in this country, she has never faced aggression against her, including on a national basis. She described the tolerance and politeness of Georgians as an amazing national feature.

Avalishvili also noted that Georgians know how to live in peace and harmony with each other and with the surrounding reality, writes the Federal News Agency.

Earlier, in March 2021, tourists said that the greatest impression on travelers with their hospitality is made by residents of Italy (13%), Georgia (11.5%) and Turkey (8%). Approximately 4% of respondents also named Spaniards, Germans and Greeks among the friendliest locals.

Every fifth respondent (22%) said that Petersburgers are the kindest residents in Russia. The openness of Sochi residents was noted by 15%, Kazan – 14%. Residents of Vladikavkaz and Kaliningrad were called hospitable by 3% of users.
