However, despite the war crimes and the sabbatical, there is one thing we want to know in detail: Did Medvedev indirectly call Volodymyr Zelensky an idiot when he spoke of a “stupid peace mission”? Or was he also targeting our Minister of Foreign Affairs Ignazio Cassis, who is organizing this meeting on the Bürgenstock and is raising support around the world?
Aggressive rhetoric or not: you have to agree with the former Russian president on one thing. The West and Switzerland missed the opportunity to initiate real peace. Without Russia it will not work.
