Shaggy trespassers: five bears crossed the border with Finland

by time news

The bear family was caught by an automatic camera when crossing the border between Russia and Finland. A photo of a she-bear and four cubs was posted on Twitter by the border guard of the Kainuu region, writes Yle.

The path of the bears ran against the backdrop of a picturesque autumn reservoir. Border guards said that bears often violate the border, eating lunch on both sides. However, unlike humans, such violations are not fraught with anything for them. Most likely, the bear was leading the cubs to a den, where forest dwellers would soon hibernate.
