A memorandum of understanding regarding modern online cash management solution services was signed between Midland Bank and The State IT in a ceremony on March 11, 2024 at Gulshansth Bank’s head office in Dhaka.
The State IT is a first class contractor company engaged in supply and installation of Network Base Stations for Bangladesh Army, RAB, Bangladesh Police etc. The company was established in 2015. They are also serving as the local partner of Hytera Communications Corporation Limited, the world’s largest security equipment manufacturer.
Mohammad Javed Tarek Khan, Head of Institutional Banking Division of Midland Bank and Shubhra Chakraborty, Chairman of The State IT Limited signed the MoU on behalf of their respective institutions.
Under the MoU, The State IT will use Midland Bank’s modern online based cash management solution ‘Midland Cash Management (MCM)’ application to manage their day-to-day business banking and cash transaction activities nationwide.
Muhammad Majidul Haque Patwari, FRM, Vice President, Midland Bank and Mr. Saurabh Chakraborty, Group Director, The State IT and other executives and officials of both the organizations were present.
