What changes for public employees

In public administration offices, the era of smart working, introduced to deal with the pandemic, is about to end. Physical presence in the workplace would once again become the rule and smart working would again become the exception. To establish space and modalities of the new agile work would be the managers of the offices. The will of the Minister for Public Administration Renato Brunetta is that of a widespread return in presence. The regulatory work will also have to pass through a confrontation with the trade unions. The idea is to impose the green certificate on public employees in attendance, as happens in the school. With the introduction of the Green pass obligation for the PA, the methods of controls and sanctions will have to be defined.
