The phone is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC with up to 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB. The phone will likely run OneUI 5.0 custom Android 13 out of the box.

As for the cameras, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to come with triple cameras on the back, with a 200-megapixel primary camera with 1 / 1.3, 0.6 m, a 12-megapixel secondary lens, and 3x and 10x telephoto cameras with similar hardware. The main camera will have the ability to record 8K videos at 30 frames per second. Front camera details are unknown at the moment but the phone may have a 40MP camera.
