Due to the pressure given by the authorities that the government schools must pass 100 percent in the public examinations, the shocking information released by the government school teachers that students are allowed to drink coffee every year has created a stir in the school education sector.
Perambalur District Graduate Teachers and Post Graduate Teachers have sent a report to all District Principal Education Officers. In it, the primary education officers and school teachers have said that they allow students to copy because of the pressure given by the higher authorities that the government schools should get 100 percent pass in the general examinations every year.
They also said that Perambalur district gets top positions every year like this. They have informed that the present commissioner of school education department, Nandakumar, when he was the collector of Perambalur, gave similar pressure and allowed the students to see and write and the same is going to happen this year too.
This report, which is spreading rapidly on social media, has created a storm in the school education sector.
