Mexican authorities reported that they achieved the link to process against the teacher Jacqueline Elizabeth “N” for alleged abuse a minors with disabilities.
The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) reported this Thursday December 5 that a control judge granted the link to proceedings against the center’s teacher Psychopedagogical and Neurodevelopment called “Smart Step“, located in the municipality of Coacalco, for the alleged injury crime to the detriment of a 7 year old student.
It is worth remembering that videos were disseminated through social networks – by the parents of the minors who go to said center – in which the teacher can be seen physically abusing the disabled children.
The criminal action that the person involved is facing is for the case of an assault against a child committed on last November 28 where the mother of the alleged victim filed a complaint against the teacher.
In addition, the minor’s mother told the authorities that when she picked up her son at said center, she observed that he had injuries to his left cheekbone and nose, so she requested the support of elements of the Public Safety and Traffic Police Station. The accused teacher will remain in the Penitentiary Center for Social Reintegration of the municipality of Ecatepec.
