Teacher Jaqueline Elizabeth “N” on trial for alleged abuse of minors

Mexican authorities reported ⁤that they​ achieved the link to process ⁢ against the teacher ⁢Jacqueline Elizabeth “N” for alleged‌ abuse a minors with disabilities.

The Attorney General’s Office of the State of ⁢Mexico (FGJEM) reported this Thursday December 5 that a control judge granted the link ⁤to proceedings‍ against ⁢the center’s teacher Psychopedagogical and Neurodevelopment ⁤ called “Smart Step“, located in the municipality of Coacalco, for the alleged injury crime to the detriment of a 7 year old⁤ student.

It ‍is worth remembering⁣ that videos were disseminated through social networks – by the parents of the minors who go to said center – in which the teacher can be seen physically‍ abusing​ the ⁤disabled ⁤children.

The criminal action‍ that ​the person involved is facing is ⁤for the case of an assault against a child committed on last November 28 where the ⁣mother of the alleged victim filed ​a complaint⁣ against the‍ teacher.

In addition, the minor’s mother ⁣told the authorities that when she​ picked up her ⁢son at said center, she observed that he had injuries to his left⁢ cheekbone and ⁣nose, so she requested the support of elements of ​the Public Safety and ‍Traffic Police​ Station. Municipal⁢ of ⁣Coacalco, who⁤ arrested⁤ Jaqueline Elizabeth “N”.

The accused teacher​ will remain in ⁤the Penitentiary Center for ⁤Social Reintegration ‍of the ⁤municipality of​ Ecatepec.
