Thiruvananthapuram – Shaniba Begum, Chairperson of Child Welfare Committee (CWC), responded to Manorama News that the baby was received in the mother’s cradle on July 17. A DNA test will be done to confirm whose baby it is. The rule will also inquire whether the future of the child is secure.
