The Official Bulletin of the Commercial Registry (BORME) has today published among its news the exact data of the latest capital increase launched by Real Oviedo. The operation was led by the Pachuca Group to be able to deal with the latest operations in the last transfer market, especially the arrival of Jaime Seoane, and was the definitive push to finish setting up an ambitious squad.
The BORME reveals that it was exactly 2,863,133.50 Euros, mostly subscribed by the Mexican owner, although the possibility of acquiring shares from other previous shareholders or third parties outside the club was also offered.
