The owner of the “Rotana” hotel chain wanted to build two hotels in the center of Yerevan to further develop tourism, and the crown prince wanted to build a hospital named after his father, free of charge, so that the needy could use it. They met with the mayor and the architect and the meeting lasted for half an hour and people left disappointed, they forgot about their investment,” said Tsarukyan in a briefing with journalists.
He noticed that his colleagues were ready to pay any amount, even to buy dilapidated buildings and build their own buildings in their place.
When asked why they rejected their proposals, Tsarukyan said.
