Today, Thursday, the Ministry of Industry confirmed the progress of activating the electronic window, while indicating that its activation will reduce⁢ the ⁣period for granting establishment approvals⁤ for industrial projects to 15 days.

Ali Ibrahim, Director ‍General of the ⁣General Directorate of Industrial Development in the Ministry, said in a statement to the (INA): ⁢“There is great support from the Prime Minister and the Minister of Industry in supporting the private sector and simplifying procedures,” noting, “The Ministry launched the electronic application and payment⁢ service via Through Visa ​Card, industrialists can apply on ⁢the ⁤Ur electronic services portal.”

He added, “The Ministry has begun developing the unified electronic window to obtain the approval of‌ sectoral authorities,”​ stressing that “activating it will allow the period for granting approvals ⁤to complete ⁣the​ establishment ‍of industrial projects to be completed to 15 days instead of 3 years.”
