The governor of Baghdad, Abdul Muttalib Al-alawi, announced the completion of all necessary preparations for the opening of the People’s General Hospital during the current month.
The governor said during his field tour to follow up on the final completion stages of the hospital, and according to a statement provided by the Media and Government Communication Department received by the (INA), that “the hospital will be operated in a new and modern way by contracting with a company in order to provide medical and health services at a high quality level and in accordance with approved standards.” globally after being equipped with the latest medical devices and supplies.”
Al-Alawi pointed out that “we are counting on this hospital and the other hospitals that will be operated in the same way, namely Al-Hurriya and Al-Fadhiliya Hospitals, to change the trends of the health system in Iraq by providing high-quality services to citizens.”
The governor extended his “thanks to the company executing the hospital for making a number of additions outside the contractual formulas for the project,” appreciating at the same time “the efforts of the company and all the workers, including technical and engineering cadres and security personnel, and their efforts to make the hospital appear with this beauty and their keenness for the building to have this upscale and appropriate appearance in the capital.”
