Today, Monday, Minister of Education Ibrahim Namis Al-Jubouri opened three model schools in Wasit.
A statement by the Ministry of Education, received by the (INA), stated that “Minister of Education Ibrahim Namis Al-Jubouri met with the Director General of Wasit Education Ahmed Shihab, in the presence of the Chairman of the Provincial Council, the Governor of Wasit Muhammad Jamil Al-Mayahi, and a number of members of the House of Representatives, in addition to the directors of departments in Governorate building.
The statement added, “During the meeting, Al-Jubouri discussed the mechanisms and controls for distributing staff and the possibility of opening new education departments, and transferring powers from the directorate to reduce the momentum in the number of auditors, in addition to overcoming the challenges facing the educational process, and moving towards closing the file of caravan schools of which there are no remaining.” Only 50.”
The statement indicated, “In a speech he delivered during an educational gathering that included the inauguration of the new schools with the Governor of Wasit, Muhammad Jamil Al-Mayahi, the minister expressed his gratitude to the federal and local governments and the engineering cadres working within the ministry’s project number one, for their exceptional efforts during the last period that have yielded results.” The opening of three model schools, which were the result of allocations from the development of the regions and the ministry.”
The statement continued, “The Minister of Education made a recent visit to the Al-Dabuni district, to see a number of schools in remote areas, listening to the demands of their staff and parents, in addition to following up on the reality of the completion of ministerial projects, accompanied by the Director General of Education and the Ministry’s Project Director Sarmad Muhammad,” urging “The working hands of engineers and workers are working to increase the pace of work and speed up the delivery of fully ready buildings.”
