In May, the Russian government contributed changes that simplify obtaining preferential loans and expand the conditions for its use. In particular, accredited IT companies that do not benefit from tax benefits were able to count on loans with a rate of up to 3% per annum. Previously, this condition was mandatory to receive support. In addition, the obligation to index employees’ wages has been cancelled, but the payment of bonuses through a preferential loan is allowed. Companies were also able to reimburse expenses that they had previously incurred through the loan.
