“For example, we have an increase of approximately 8 percent in production and 15 percent in services, but at the same time, a decrease in the volume of electricity. How can the economy grow and electricity volumes decrease?” said the speaker, while pointing to the economic progress in a number of areas.
Khosrov Harutyunyan drew attention to the fact that the GDP growth for the next year is only 4.9 percent, which is lower than in previous years.
“If our potential is more than that number, we should fix it and try to overcome it. The government rightly assesses that the possibility of providing impressive dynamic growth in the next years is limited. I mean the problem of investment attraction,” said the speaker.
