Today, Friday, the Federal Service Council clarified the position regarding the file of appointing scientists and linking it to the degrees of deletion and creation, and while setting the date for launching the employment form for holders of higher and first degrees, it confirmed the discovery of job restrictions presented on the employment form, also explaining the extent of the possibility of appointments being available during the current year.
Council spokesman Saad Al-Lami told the (INA): “All procedures related to the process of launching the employment form for 31,000 applicants will be ready,” expressing his hope that “the file of scientists will be completed at the end of next March.”
He added, “The employment form for graduates and first-graders will be launched in the second half of March,” noting, “We are ready and are conducting audits for much of the data sent, as we discovered that there are functional restrictions that do not allow some to apply, which enhances the credit of applicants for employment.”
He stressed, “There are real opportunities that will be present on the ground for those who apply to fill out the form in the upcoming recruitment process.”
He pointed out that “career stagnation is in a number of state departments, not all of them, and this does not necessarily mean that state departments and other institutions in the government public sector do not need groups to employ them, but rather they always need to replenish blood in the government sector, and therefore need a lot of competencies and skills.” “.
He stated, “When we in the Federal Service Council asked the state departments to provide us with their needs, we saw that there is an actual need on the ground for many specializations, and there is an actual need for some specializations.”
Regarding the degrees of deletion and creation, Al-Lami stated that “the issue of academics has a specificity, as it was stated in the budget law that it is possible to allocate 25 percent of the process of deletion and creation to supporting colleges and the so-called sciences, as the specificity lies in that recruitment is focused on the original colleges that are called colleges.” Medical, pharmacy, and dentists, but the health institution needs supporting scientific personnel, and not just these specializations.”
He stated, “As long as there is a movement of deletion and creation in health institutions, it is possible to provide an important part of these job degrees for scientists.”
Regarding the appointments file during the current year, he explained, “Appointments depend on the processes of deletion and creation that take place in state institutions and the data collected in the Ministry of Finance. If the state needs to appoint specific categories within certain specializations, the Service Council will provide the necessary data to the government.”
He stressed, “There is an interest from the Prime Minister that the state institutions and departments be full of all specializations, and his categories must be trained at a high level to be able to perform public service.”
