The Administrative Litigation Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Aragon has published a ruling in which it upholds the appeal filed by the Liberum association against Order SAN/1561/2021, of November 23, in which specific measures are adopted for the control of the COVID-19 pandemic in Aragon, and the aforementioned order is declared null and void. More specifically, the aforementioned order established the obligation to request the “COVID passport” in leisure centers, bars, restaurants.
