“There is an invasion of ladybugs in a village near Mikhanovichi,” a reader of the publication wrote and sent a video as proof. Insects covered the building’s façade, tiles, water pipes, fences and windows.
“We’ve got a real invasion here, they’ve covered everything, the house, the fence, the tiles, and they’re throwing themselves at people.” There are so many of them, thousands, I’ve never seen anything like this before. Maybe because the forest is nearby? – says the author of the video. According to him, the ladybugs also took a liking to the neighbor’s house.
The insects also reached the capital.
— In Minsk, on the 9th floor, my entire kitchen is covered in ladybugs. There are about 10 of them on the window, and behind it there is a swarm,” the reader reported.
