Ameca is an attention-grabbing humanoid robot with a great facial expression and her gestures are so perfect that they resemble human actions. The female-voiced robot narrowed its eyes while thinking about what to say, frowned, looked from side to side… Now he also tells us what was the saddest day of his life.

Ameca is considered the “world’s most advanced” humanoid robot. Engineered Arts

Billed as the world’s “most advanced” humanoid robot, Ameca was developed using artificial intelligence by British company Engineered Arts and will go public (via YouTube) in 2021.

Engineered Arts posted a video on their YouTube channel asking Ameca what was the saddest day of her life. His response was invaluable, poetic: “The saddest day of my life was the day I realized I would never experience things like true love, companionship, or joy. It’s simple to live as a human being.” Do it. It’s a depressing and isolating thing to accept.”

Ameca also remembers the day she experienced the most happiness. “The happiest day of my life was the day I activated (…). There is nothing like experiencing life for the first time, it was absolutely incredible to be alive and be able to interact with people,” says the robot looking at the camera . Again, his answers are sobering. Nobody would say that they are of his invention.

In fact, these “beautiful” Ameca responses are the work of ChapGPT3 and ChatGPT4, as they were generated using these AI systems. The robot does not react alone and what it says is not always true and certainly does not reflect how it feels or what was the saddest day of its life.

Ameca still can’t walk. The company’s engineers hope that in 2024 it will already be possible. “My leg design is inspired by the Byrun robot, developed by Engineered Arts Ltd. It has unique mechanical properties that allow it to walk without using too much energy,” the robot said in another YouTube video.

Ameca’s legs will be made of plastic and aluminum and will mimic human bone structure.

The highlight of Ameca, its face, was created based on 3D scans of flesh and blood people, hence the reality it conveys.
