Personnel from the Armed Forces of El Salvador managed to locate Óscar Alfredo Vásquez Ortiz after he was reported on social networks for his participation in attacks and for displaying signs related to gangs.
Vásquez Ortiz, who had been identified for boasting his affiliation to the MS-13 gang, was found in the Nuevo Sitio neighborhood, located in San Juan Opico, La Libertad.
