Batheri ∙ Footage of a tiger landing in Batheri, Wayanad is out. The tiger came down on Wednesday night in Dottapankulam near Bathery town. The forest guards reached the spot and searched the area where the tiger was spotted but could not find it. The forest department has warned people to be cautious. Manorama News got the footage of the tiger.
The video shows a tiger entering the road from a forested area and jumping over a nearby wall. A tiger jumps into the compound of a house in a populated area. Recently tigers have been spotted in various parts of Bateri. The scene of a tiger landing in Dottapankulam came to light when people were in fear of tigers.
