A temporary organization has been introduced for the movement of trucks from Targovishte to Popovo and vice versa. The reason for the traffic restrictions is a road accident between a truck and two cars, announced the spokesperson of the Regional Directorate (OD) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Targovishte, Ani Krasteva.
The incident was reported at 1:28 p.m. on phone 112. The accident occurred at the entrance to Popovo in the direction of Targovishte. According to initial data, no citizens were injured, significant material damage was caused to the cars.
The movement of motor vehicles in the section is temporarily carried out in one lane and is regulated by police teams. Passenger cars are allowed to pass, and detour routes have been temporarily introduced for trucks. For trucks traveling from Targovishte in the direction of Popovo: the town of Targovishte – the intersection to the village of Dralfa – the roundabout near the village of Trapishte – the town of Razgrad – the town of Popovo; for trucks in the direction of Popovo-Targovishte – through the town of Razgrad.
The OD of the Ministry of the Interior-Targovishte reminds the drivers of motor vehicles to drive in the section with increased attention, patience and appropriate speed.
