Kyiv/Moscow – Even almost ten months after the start of the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine, new atrocities continue to shock the public. The most recent allegation, this time made by the Ukrainian parliament’s human rights commissioner, Dmytro Lubinez: Russian occupiers in southern and eastern Ukraine are said to have tortured minors. “In the Kherson (region) we discovered ten torture chambers, including four in the city itself,” said the 41-year-old in Kyiv on Wednesday. In one of the torture chambers there was a separate room where minors were held.
