Until the end of January, self-insurers can change the type of insurance

Until January 31, self-insured persons can change the type of insurance by submitting a declaration according to a model in an office of the National Revenue Agency or through the e-services of the revenue agency with a personal identification code /PIK/ or electronic signature /KEP/.

The self-insured are necessarily insured in the “Pensions” fund of the state social insurance (DOO), and they can also be insured in the “General illness and maternity” fund at their choice.
