The social network Instagram has crashed, according to data from Downdetector.
Users started reporting problems at 4:29 PM Moscow time. Problems are observed in the largest cities in Russia, as well as in Europe and North America. 51% of complaining users report a problem with entering the application, 36% report problems loading content, another 13% report problems with entering the site.
On October 4, Facebook, as well as a number of company-owned services such as Instagram and the WhatsApp messenger, suffered a long-term global outage. It affected users all over the world, including Russia.
