New order of President Lavevaz with the provisions valid from May 24th

AOSTA. From next week in Valle d’Aosta, catering activities will be able to serve tables even indoors until 11pm, the night curfew time. This was established by ordinance no. 228 signed today by the President of the Region Erik Lavevaz in view of the return to the yellow zone and valid until 6 June.

“The wholly mountainous nature of the Region’s territory and the relative climatic conditions severely limit the performance of catering activities with consumption at the outdoor table, both for lunch and dinner”, reads the ordinance that derogates from national restrictions.

The measure will not be in effect immediately but starting from 28 and until 31 May. From next Friday, therefore, “the activities related to catering can also take place indoors, until 11 pm, thus guaranteeing consumption at the table in compliance with the rules of distancing and for a maximum of 4 people, unless they are all living together”.

From Monday 24 May zoological, wildlife and adventure parks will be able to reopen as well as museums and places of culture. Gyms will also be able to reopen in compliance with protocols and guidelines, ensuring the minimum distance of 2 meters from person to person and using air exchange systems.
