The fatal victims of the fatal traffic accident that occurred this Tuesday night in Hialeah have already been identified.

According to the report by Cuban journalist Javier Díaz, the deceased are named Yarina García Hernández and Gloria Esther Hernández, 39 and 71 years old, respectively, who were a niece and aunt.

The report indicates that those who caused the traffic accident between three vehicles were teenagers aged 14 and 15.

The fatalities had gone out to do some shopping at a local establishment, when death surprised them on the road.

It turned out that another person involved in the incident is still in critical condition, who was identified as Liliana Hernández Molina, 65 years old, and is Yarina’s mother.

After the traffic accident was recorded, Hialeah Police Lieutenant Eddie Rodríguez confirmed that the accident occurred near number five street, and stated that the culprit vehicle hit another that was parked.

A resident of the area, Ricardo Redondo, described the moment of the accident as a large explosion heard just before nightfall.

“It was just before dark; We heard like a big explosion. At the corner a lot of people take the stop sign, so we thought he was ahead. And that’s when we realized.”said.
