He added, “There​ are​ three ⁢basic factors that ‌were related to the victory in the battle, the‌ first of which is the steadfastness of the‍ resistance fighters,” noting that “restoring the leadership and control structure in the party⁣ was an vital factor in the⁢ victory.”
He stressed, ​”We won because the enemy did not achieve its goals, and this is⁢ a defeat for it,” noting that “the ceasefire agreement​ is an implementation mechanism for Resolution 1701‍ and ⁢does not‍ stand alone.”
He ​continued, “Resolution 1701 stipulates the withdrawal of the Zionist entity ⁣and prevents the presence of militants south of the Litani,”⁣ pointing out, “The Zionist entity has ‌nothing to do​ with‍ our relationship internally and⁤ with the‍ Lebanese army.”
