Armenuhi Kyureghyan, deputy of the “Hayastan” faction, made a statement in the National Assembly. We present the speech in its entirety below.

“Dear compatriots, on January 4 and 5, we all watched 2 new creations from the series of cheap shows that hug the prime minister’s chair tightly.

That man never rose above the level of asphalt and wall plastering.

It seems to him that if he fires people for a detachable hanger and a shower, then the public will forgive him for everything: the surrender of his native Artsakh, tolerating the invasion of the enemy within the borders of the homeland, the death of thousands of young people.

He will not be forgiven.

Anyone who pays attention to the construction of a sports hall or a school forgets or does not understand that school construction requires a complex approach.

First of all, it is the school programs necessary for quality education, ensuring the adequate level of pedagogues in schools.

The one who can guess the place of the hanger that breaks in the school with a magical sense of smell or a specific hint, the one who understands the poor quality of the shower from the outside, cannot fail to see that today the government he leads is destroying the important pillars of the education system.

Under the name of voluntary certification, mandatory certification is actually carried out, because if the first certification is not passed, the teacher is fired after the mandatory re-certification and not having satisfactory results. The satisfactory result is 60%.

And the problem here is not the 60 percent, nor the complexity of the tasks, but the inadequacy of the number of questions, sub-questions, sufficient time for their solution and the time allocated for certification.

It is clear that the first to apply for voluntary certification are the teachers who are relatively more established in their professional field and who have mastered their subject.

And when we compare the numbers of applied and certified teachers, we see that many have not been certified and are liable to be fired. And in most cases it is due to inadequacy of time.

In fact, those with relatively high professional qualifications are fired, and those who do not even apply for certification remain.

Wonderful policy.

Now, what is this, if not the process of depriving schools of relatively good subject teachers, and regional schools, including the border ones, of appropriate subject teachers altogether, as is the case today in Dzoramut village of Lori marz, where 2 out of 4 teachers did not pass the voluntary certification and are subject to dismissal, 1 went on childcare leave, cannot find a replacement and had to switch to subject classification in primary school, which is a serious methodological problem.

Now a question. Is this incompetence or to destroy the educational system with a special program?

I claim again and again that these authorities have come with a special plan to destroy the country.

But know that you will not succeed.

You won’t digest that.”
