BEIJING: Three Chinese astronauts returned safely to Earth yesterday after a six-month stay at China’s new space station.

Soldiers are being sent to stay at the International Space Station, built by the United States, Russia, Japan and Canada. Meanwhile, our neighbor China built a separate space station last year. On October 15, three astronauts, Joy Jingkong, Wang Yaping and Ye Kwangbu, were sent to the space station, dubbed ‘Tianhong’.

After a six-month stay at the space station, they returned to Earth yesterday. The trio landed safely at 9:56 a.m. in the Kobe Desert in China’s Inner Mongolia region with the help of a parachute. All three astronauts were in good health, according to medical team. In this case, the record is currently broken.
