A Ukrainian citizen intended to import a commercial batch of food products and household chemicals into Belarus without declaration, and auto parts worth 52 thousand Belarusian rubles. rubles and completely hid it from customs control.

She transported the goods in an AUDI passenger car from Poland through the Brest checkpoint.

The 47-year-old woman chose the “green corridor” to cross the border, confirming that she did not have any goods subject to declaration.

Brest customs officers sent the car for inspection. Cheese, sweets, washing powders, household chemicals and other products weighing a total of 174 kg were found in the trunk, and spare parts for MERCEDES-BENZ cars were hidden in the spare wheel well.

In relation to a citizen of Ukraine for moving goods with concealment from customs control, Brest Customs has started an administrative process in accordance with Part 2 of Art. 15.1 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus.

For failure to declare goods, a decision was made to impose an administrative penalty under Part 4 of Art. 15.5 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus.
