The footage can be obtained from the traffic police, but only from the car owner. In some places they ask for a fee of BGN 2.50 on the grounds that it is a document. Another leva is paid if you want to get it on disc. Some police departments don’t even give the photo, just show it. If the owner of the car says he wasn’t driving, the footage can also be seen by the person listed as the driver.

Of these, 55,470 were handed over. Fines for BGN 18,487,574 were paid by the end of February. This is BGN 8 million more than what was paid for the same period in 2023. The sum also includes repaid fines imposed in previous years.
