An official announcement has been made that the new party started by actor Vijay has been named as ‘Tamilaka Vetri Kazhagam’.
Vijay made his film debut in 1984 as a child star in the film Vetri, by his father and director S.A. Chandrasekhar. He made his acting debut in 1992 in the SAC directed film ‘Nalaiya Gadari’. Actor Vijay, who has achieved the status of the top star of Tamil cinema after experiencing many successes and failures, has turned his fan club into a people’s movement and is also doing various welfare projects.
He did many welfare programs especially in the last year. In that way, the ‘Thalapati Vijay Library’ project was started in 21 places across Tamil Nadu with the aim of developing book reading skills and general knowledge thinking among the school students. On the occasion of former Chief Minister Kamaraj’s birthday, ‘Thalapati Vijay Payalakam’ was launched in many places by the Vijay People’s Movement.
He has also done education award ceremony, medical camp, storm relief ceremony etc. Meanwhile, it has been talked about for the last few years that Vijay’s attention has turned towards politics. Later, it was recently reported that actor Vijay has decided to convert the Vijay People’s Movement into a party.
The Vijay People’s Movement administrators were constantly carrying out the work of starting a new party. While silence was being maintained on the matter, it was reported that the name of the new party is going to be announced today. According to the party started by actor Vijay ‘Tamil Success Club’ It has been named. Actor Vijay has been chosen as the leader of this party. The selection of actor Vijay as party leader has been approved by all the district chief executives.
Earlier, the Vijay People’s Movement (VME) application for recruitment of members has been temporarily suspended. As the new party has started, a new app has been installed for this purpose and the process of recruiting members is going to be started through it.
