The media office of the Minister of Social Affairs, Hector Hajjar, issued a statement today, Wednesday, saying: “Due to the ongoing strike carried out by the union of employees and workers of the “Ogero” authority, which sometimes results in a complete halt in the exchange services in Lebanon, the process of receiving calls through the hotline 1747 is affected. of receiving complaints and inquiries from citizens about the Aman program.
He continued, “We regret this situation, and we wish citizens to continue trying to call 1747 at different times during the day between Monday and Friday from eight in the morning until five in the afternoon.”
