Army training of Pakistani cricketers will start from tomorrow Tuesday at Kakule in Abbottabad. A total of 29 cricketers including Imad Wasim, Mohammad Amir, Usman Khan will be there after retirement. Which will continue till April 8.

Players have been asked to report on Monday for this special training camp.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said in a statement that this training has been arranged keeping in mind the upcoming series and T20 World Cup. These include a home T20I series against New Zealand and away T20I series against Ireland and England.

Their main objective of this camp will be to get the players physically fit. So that they can play the upcoming series and World Cup with best fitness.

Experienced trainers and coaches will monitor the players throughout this training. They will be emphasized on improving fitness, endurance, hard work, leadership skills and strategic thinking. So that their field performance is better.

A new selection panel of 7 members selected the 29 players called up for the training camp. Which was formed yesterday Sunday. Among the 7 are – Mohammad Yousuf, Wahab Riaz, Abdul Razzak, Asad Shafiq, Head Coach, Captain and Analyst.

Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Saim Ayub, Fakhar Zaman, Sahebzada Farhan, Hasibullah, Saud Shakeel, Usman Khan, Mohammad Haris, Salman Ali Agha, Azam Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed, Irfan Khan Niazi, Shadab Khan, Imad Wasim, Usama Mir, Mohammad Nawaz, Mehran Mumtaz, Abrar Ahmed, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Naseem Shah, Mohammad Abbas Afridi, Hasan Ali, Mohammad Ali, Zaman Khan, Mohammad Wasim Jr, Amer Jamal, Haris Rauf and Mohammad Amir.
