Schlager star Annemarie Eilfeld (33) now presented one of the purchases she made, at least privately, and says: “I’m so shocked!”
What happened? “My favorite bag broke, so I was looking for a new model. Unfortunately it is no longer on offer,” explains Annemarie to her fans.
She had even promoted the black shoulder bag from the Munich label “Sassyclassy” herself in the past. Now she has come across a similar model from the mail order company “Temu” – the Chinese Amazon.

“Guys, hold on tight, it’s the same bag!” reports Annemarie. “The only thing missing is the logo, otherwise everything is the same, down to the last detail.”
“The material feels completely the same. I also checked all the seams. It’s the same band, the same lining – everything is completely the same.”
When comparing prices, the singer is even more amazed: she paid 19 euros for the “Temu” bag, while the original cost 60 euros. Reason enough to buy two colors of it. The 33-year-old struggles for words and finally asks her fans: “What do you say?”

Of course, they ask themselves one thing above all: Is the China model a well-made, cheap counterfeit or does “Sassyclassy” produce it itself in the Far East and only raise the price with its logo?
The Munich family business proudly states on its website: “We are not just a dealer, but also a manufacturer. Many of the garments we offer are our own design. Our goods are produced in Italy.” And: “At SassyClassy there are no animal furs or child labor.”

Now it remains to be seen whether the “Temu” bag will last as long as the original…
Incidentally, the consumer advice center recently warned against the online shop: Since the products are only sold by individual retailers via the platform, buyers never know exactly who the goods come from and under what circumstances they were produced.
