The American corporation Apple announced the launch of a paid subscription to podcast channels. You can buy one show or a whole package of programs. The subscription must cost at least $ 0.49 per month. The service is available in 170 countries, including Russia.
Users will be able to subscribe to multiple channels. Subscription brings premium features such as ad-free streaming and early access. For the first time, it became known that Apple was going to introduce podcast subscriptions in January 2021. In April, the company promised to launch the new capability in May.
