Kuwait City: The Department of Transportation has ruled that it is not a crime for a person to drive another person’s vehicle.

An inspection by the transport department in Mahabula last week had registered 560 violations. Several people were arrested. In connection with this, false information was spread that it was illegal to drive another person’s vehicle and many people were arrested for this.
