The objective of SanaMente is to promote the daily practice of exercise, encourage coexistence and improve health in all its aspects, of people with their own experience in mental health, their families and the people responsible for the sports area in the federated associations. Among the actions promoted by the Federation, hiking trips to natural environments and aid for the acquisition of sports equipment for federated associations stand out. Andalusia rewards work to promote mental health and the fight against stigma

The Andalusian Mental Health Federation celebrates new editions of its SanaMente awards and, together with FEAFES Huelva, the ‘Cazaestigmas’ awards. The objective of both initiatives is to recognize the work to promote mental health and improve the well-being of people with mental health problems.
