In the Ranji Trophy match against Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu player Baba Indrajith scored another century.
Tamil Nadu won the toss and elected to bat in the match played at Guwahati. However, he stumbled and lost the first 4 wickets for 32 runs. After this, the pair of Baba Indrajith and Sai Kishore played brilliantly until the score of the Tamil Nadu team crossed 200 runs. Indrajith scored his 3rd consecutive century in this year’s Ranji Trophy. He was bowled out for 100 runs. After that Sai Kishore was dismissed for 81 and Shah Rukh Khan for 20.
At the end of the first day, the Tamil Nadu team scored 256 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 72 overs. Jagadeesan 10, Mohammad 4 are on the field. Rahul Shukla of Jharkhand took 3 wickets.
