British Prime Minister Election: Continued fierce competition Dinamalar

London: In the ‘TV’ debate in the election to choose the next Prime Minister of Britain, there was a fierce competition between former finance minister Rishi Sunak, who is a native of India, and foreign minister Liz Truss.

Boris Johnson has stepped down as Prime Minister of the European country of Britain. The Prime Minister will be elected as the leader of the ruling conservative party. Then comes the election of the party leader, with Rishi Sunak and Liz Truss in the finals. There was a ‘TV’ debate between the two on economic policies and tax plans.

An opinion poll was conducted regarding this heated debate. In this, 39 percent of people supported Chunaku and 38 percent of Lis Dress who argued very well. In a poll of the opposition Conservative Party, 47 per cent supported Liss Dress and 38 per cent supported Sunak. Due to this, it is expected that there will be a tough competition between the two.

The party executives are going to vote to elect a new leader in the party elections to be held on September 2. The results will be declared on 5th September.
