Chennai: Due to heavy rain in Chennai, water has infiltrated inside the General Secretariat. Water seeped into the lower level rooms.
The Met Office had forecast heavy rains in coastal districts and Chennai in Tamil Nadu due to atmospheric circulation and east winds. Accordingly, heavy rain is falling in Chennai and various coastal districts.
