Coimbatore: A cricket tournament for schools will be held in the month of February under the auspices of the District Cricket Association. Schools who want to participate in this should apply by the 31st.
Coimbatore District Cricket Association press release:
The annual inter-school cricket tournament organized by the Coimbatore District Cricket Association starts in February.
This year, the competition is being conducted in three categories namely ‘AV, Lakshmanan Chettiar Memorial Cup’ for under 12 years, ‘Rotary Club of Coimbatore Metropolis Cup’ for under 14 years and ‘DSS and Cup’ for under 16 years.
Schools wishing to participate should submit their applications to the Coimbatore District Cricket Association office by 31st, along with the student’s birth certificate and approval letter from the Principal or Headmaster. For more details, contact on 80729 48889.
