For departments, a simplified procedure for purchasing software products from the state marketplace of IT services and applications “Gosmarket” will be developed. The corresponding bill is now being developed by the Ministry of Finance, a representative of the ministry told Vedomosti. With the introduction of such a mechanism, the procurement procedure can be reduced from several months to 3-4 days, Vasily Slyshkin, director of FKU Gostekh, specified to Vedomosti.
“Such purchases are proposed to be carried out by requesting quotations (the shortest competitive method of purchasing, up to six calendar days. – Vedomosti) without restrictions on the maximum price of one contract and the annual volume of such purchases, as well as purchases from a single supplier in existing electronic stores on electronic platforms “, – said the representative of the Ministry of Finance. In the latter case, the price of one software purchase should not exceed 50 million rubles, and the annual volume – 200 million rubles, he specified.
