Mercedes’ diesel-powered plug-in hybrid system is virtually unique on the market

The sportier-looking variant of the Mercedes GLE It has an interesting plug-in hybrid version within its range. Called the 350de, it combines the operation of a 194 hp two-litre diesel engine with that of a 136 hp electric motor to offer a total of 320 HP and 700 Nm of maximum torque.

The benefits are very good and the consumption is even better, since it combines the efficiency of a diesel engine with the electrical autonomy provided by the generous 31.2 kWh capacity battery. The autonomy approved in the WLTP cycle is 93 kilometers.
