The Higher Sports Council (CSD) formulated this Friday, hours after Luis Rubiales announced that he was not resigning, “a reasoned request to the Administrative Court of Sport (TAD) for a possible violation of articles 76.1.a of the Sports Law and 14.h of Royal Decree 1591/1992 by the president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF)”.
