The information and analytical system “Medialogia” has prepared a media rating for the heads of the capitals of the Central Federal District in the media for August 2021.
The head of the Tula city administration Dmitry Milyaev took fourth place in the Medialogia rating with a media index of 3,245.0.
The first place was taken by the head of the city of Voronezh, Vadim Kstenin, the second – by the head of the city of Kaluga, Dmitry Denisov, the third – by the head of the city administration of Ryazan, Elena Sorokina, the fifth – by the head of the city of Lipetsk, Evgenia Uvarkina.
Medialogia is an independent Russian media and social media research company specializing in real-time media analysis. The rating is based on the number of mentions of the heads of the regions of the Russian Federation in social media, such as Twitter, Vkontakte, Odnoklassniki, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Telegram, forums and blogs.
