For drivers whose licenses expire between July and December, fines begin to be applied on May 31st. The fine penalty for infractions provided for in Law 14,599/2023 is extremely serious (five times the original value of the fine), resulting in the amount of R$ 1,467.35, in addition to seven points on the driver’s license.
