Noida: Elvish Yadav has got bail from Gautam Buddha Nagar District Court, but even after the bail, he will not come out of jail tonight. Greater Noida jail administration will present Elvish in Gurugram court on Saturday. The hearing on the bail plea of Elvish Yadav, who was in judicial custody for 14 days on charges of supplying snake venom in rave parties, has been completed in the court of ACJM-1 of the District Court. Under the NDPS Act, Elvish Yadav was sent to jail by the Noida Commissionerate Police on Sunday.
Why won’t he come out of jail?
Gurugram Police had applied for the production warrant of Elvish in the Greater Noida court, which was approved by the court. A case of assault has been registered against Elvish in Sector-53 of Gurugram. The court had given permission to Gurugram Police for interrogation under production warrant. Now the Greater Noida Jail administration will present Elvish in the Gurugram court tomorrow i.e. on Saturday, the Gurugram court will decide what to do next.
Lower court grants bail to Elvish Yadav
Bigg Boss OTT-2 winner Elvish Yadav, who was in judicial custody for 14 days on charges of supplying snake venom in rave parties, could not be heard in the District Court for the last four days. The bail plea of Elvish Yadav was heard on Friday afternoon. On this, the District Court has given relief to Alvish Yadav and the Lower Court of NDPS has granted bail to Alvish Yadav.
Hearing in the Elvish case was held in the District Court on Friday afternoon. During the hearing, Elvish’s lawyer gave arguments. The District Court judge had reserved the decision after hearing the arguments. Elvish’s lawyer Prashant Rathi said that the court has accepted his bail plea after hearing all the arguments. Parvana of the court will be sent to Luxor jail.
Regarding the verification of bail bond of Rs 50-50 thousand, it was told that it will be verified later. The hearing was held in the court of ACJM-1 of the District Court located in Surajpur, Greater Noida. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, the bail plea of Elvish Yadav could not be heard due to the strike of lawyers in the District and Sessions Court Gautam Buddha Nagar, Surajpur, Greater Noida.
